Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as amended please find enclosed a copy of relevant section of the newspapers - Business Standard (English edition) and Sakal (Marathi edition) for the Notice published regarding: 1.
