Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR REGULATIONS 2015 readwith Para A of Part A of Schedule III and SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9 2015 we wish to inform you that the members of the company at their 43rd Annual General Meeting held on Thursday 25th September 2025 have approved the alteration of the Main Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Companny by inserting a new sub clauses 6 after the existing sub caluse 5 of Clause III (A). The details as required under Regulation 30 read with the above SEBI circular are annexed herewith as Annexure - 1. A Copy of the amended Memorandum of Association will be submitted to the Registrar of Companies in due course.
