Attached is the revised Summary Proceedings/Outcome of the 36th Annual General Meeting of the Company held today on 30.09.2025 at 11.30 a.m. through VC/OAVM. The revision was made to correct the quorum which was inadvertently mentioned as 46 instead of the actual 44.
