In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time and 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' of the Company the trading window shall remain closed for Directors and other Designated Person/Employees of the Company from October 1 2025 until 48 hours after the end of Board of Directors Meeting for the purpose of approval of unaudited financial results of the Company for the second & half year ended September 30 2025.
