Amal Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 15/10/2025 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 please note that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday October 15 2025 inter alia to consider unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter / six months ended on September 30 2025. Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 trading window for trading in securities of the Company will remain closed from October 01 2025 to October 17 2025 (both days inclusive).
