In terms of the Companys Code for prevention of Insider Trading the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company will be closed from October 1 2025 till 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the conclusion of the meeting of the Board of Directors to be held for the purpose of considering the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and six months ending September 30 2025. The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ending September 30 2025 will be intimated in due course.
