We wish to inform you that the 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of JBF Industries Limited will be held on Tuesday 30th September 2025 at 11.30 a.m (I.S.T) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) facility in accordance with the relevant circular issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India in this regards.
