With reference to above mentioned subject and our letter dated August 05 2025 intimating about a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on August 14 2025 we wish to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today i.e. on Thursday August 14 2025. In compliance with Regulations 30 & 33 of the Listing Regulations the Company hereby inform that the Board of Directors of the Company have inter-alia considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the First Quarter and Three Months ended on June 30 2025 along with Limited Review Report thereon issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. The meeting commenced at 12:25 p.m. and concluded at 1:15 p.m.
