In pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015 read with Section 91 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013 we would like to inform that the Registrar of Members and Share Transfer Book of the Company will remain closed from Sunday 21st September 2025 to Saturday 27th September 2025 (both days inclusive) and decided to fix Saturday 20th September 2025 as the record date for identifying the shareholders eligible to vote for the purpose of 81st Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Saturday 27th September 2025 for the Financial Year ended on 31st March 2025.
