Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11 2024 we wish to inform you that Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today on July 04 2025 has considered and approved the following: 1. Allotment of 6000000 Equity Shares upon Conversion of Warrants to the member of promoter group on Preferential basis. The requisite disclosures are set out in Annexure A to this letter.
