Revenue in Q4 FY23 fell by 2.3% YoY to Rs 813.53 crore. The Advertisement revenues for the quarter was at Rs 338.37 crore (up 0.37% YoY) while the Subscription revenues amounted to Rs 406.11 crore (down 2.38% YoY).
EBITDA for the quarter ended 31 March 2023 declined 11.88% to Rs.487.60 crore from Rs 553.33 crore for the previous quarter ended 31 March 2022.
For the year ended 31 March 2023, the standalone revenues for the year increased by 4.46% YoY to Rs 3,661.37 crore while PAT rose by 1.81% YoY to Rs 1,674.53 crore.
During the year, the board of directors declared four interim dividends cumulating to Rs 15 per share.
