Waaree Energies Ltd. secures order for 739.71 MW solar modules supply from a domestic renewable energy provider

Waaree Energies Ltd. announced today, August 01, 2026, that it has secured an order for the supply of 739.71 MW of solar modules from a leading domestic renewable energy solutions provider. The order, a one-time contract, will be fulfilled over the fiscal years 2026-27 and 2027-28, with the commercial consideration reflecting the supply of the aforementioned solar modules. The company confirmed that neither promoters, promoter groups, nor group companies have any interest in the entity awarding the order, and the transaction does not constitute a related party transaction.
