The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 88 per share to 93 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 160 equity shares and in multiples thereof. The REIT IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 274 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 93 crore, aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 367 crore.
