Qualification: LLB, B.Com.

Ms. Nidhi Shah ceases to be the Compliance Officer and key personnel of the AMC with effect from October 11, 2026. Accordingly, all references of Ms. Nidhi Shah shall stand deleted and replace it with Mr. Ajay Bhanushali effective the aforesaid date from SAI of the Fund.
