The initial public offer of Pranav Constructions Ltd IPO received bids for 40,32,36,000 units as against 2,24,63,137 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 16:48 IST on Tuesday (8 September 2026). The issue was subscribed 17.95 times.

The issue opened for bidding on Monday, 7 September 2026 and it will close on Wednesday, 9 September 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 118 per share to 124 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 120 equity shares and in multiples thereof.

The REIT IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 315 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 35 crore, aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 351 crore.
