Oswal Pumps Ltd consolidated sales down 7.10% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit tanked by 41.26%

Oswal Pumps Ltd share price ticked higher by 0.96% to Rs 325.95. The Company's net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 41.26% to Rs 53.96 crore, while revenue from operations slipped slightly by 7.10% to Rs 473.56 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Compressors, Pumps & Diesel Engines industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 2.68 lakh crore, declining 2.33%. It has slipped by 1.67% over last one week and moved up slightly by 1.93% in last one month while the market capitalization of Oswal Pumps Ltd has eased by 0.97% and 20.73% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Oswal Pumps Ltd stood at Rs 68.43 crore in Q2 FY26, nosediving by 45.31% year-on-year, and tumbling by 38.80% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 66 crore, tanking 52.59% YoY and plunging by 40.42% sequentially. Total expenses grew marginally by 2.22% to Rs 404.86 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 287.0 crore, softening by 3.57% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 25.09 crore, soaring 17.41% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations soared by 88.55% to Rs 1430.31 crore, while net profit jumped 185.36% to Rs 278.71 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA surged by 15066% to Rs 417.23 crore, and PBT surged 183.14% to Rs 367.74 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 142.14 crore in FY26, as against Rs 16.92 crore in FY25. Oswal Pumps Ltd plunged by 57.97% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 2.63% during the same period.
