The initial public offer of MV Electrosystems Ltd IPO received bids for 49,27,552 units as against 39,87,491 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 12:12 IST on Thursday (30 July 2026). The issue was subscribed 1.24 times. The issue opened for bidding on Thursday, 30 July 2026 and it will close on Monday, 3 August 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 400 per share to 425 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 34 equity shares and in multiples thereof. The REIT IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 290 crore , aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 290 crore.
