KNR Constructions Ltd announced today, August 4th, 2026, receipt of a credit rating review from CRISIL Ratings, reaffirming the long-term bank facilities at CRISIL AA/ Stable and the short-term rating at ‘CRISIL A1+ / Stable. The ratings were reaffirmed by CRISIL Ratings on August 3rd, 2026, at 08:39 PM, and this communication is being made in accordance with Reg. 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, pertaining to credit ratings. There are no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals associated with these ratings.
