Khadim India Limited announced the voting results from its Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on August 1, 2026, disclosing that shareholders approved the issuance of up to 10,22,727 fully convertible equity share warrants on a preferential basis to promoters and non-promoters.
