Khadim India Ltd consolidated sales down 6.85% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit tanked by 30.67%

Khadim India Ltd share price gained 0.81% to Rs 97.4. The Company's net profit plunged by 30.67% to Rs 0.52 crore, while revenue from operations slipped slightly by 6.85% to Rs 77.84 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Footwear industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 60520.05 crore, slipping 9%. It has slipped by 1.09% over last one week and ticked higher by 3.24% in last one month while the market capitalization of Khadim India Ltd has marginally improved by 0.02% and 2.89% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Khadim India Ltd stood at Rs 0.71 crore in Q2 FY26, plunging by 51.70% year-on-year, and tanking 51.03% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 2 crore, nosediving by 79.69% YoY and tumbling by 78.56% sequentially. Total expenses softened by 2.08% to Rs 76.6 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 1.11 crore, registering a fall of 50.22% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 11.36 crore, softening 3.81% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations declined slightly by 1.93% to Rs 418.03 crore, while net profit contracted by 17.30% to Rs 19.26 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA surged by 6392% to Rs 54.76 crore, and PBT dropped 19.44% to Rs 21.88 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 67.07 crore in FY26, as against Rs 51.46 crore in FY25. Khadim India Ltd crashed 62.74% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 2.63% during the same period.
