The initial public offer of Kanohar Electricals Ltd IPO received bids for 3,11,36,158 units as against 1,16,93,326 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 16:48 IST on Tuesday (8 September 2026). The issue was subscribed 2.66 times.

The issue opened for bidding on Tuesday, 8 September 2026 and it will close on Thursday, 10 September 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 601 per share to 632 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 23 equity shares and in multiples thereof.

The REIT IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 300 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 755 crore, aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 1,055 crore.
