Indo Farm Equipment Ltd consolidated sales down 17.73% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 35.09%

Indo Farm Equipment Ltd share price softened by 3.01% to Rs 159.4 after the company's net profit tumbled by 35.09% to Rs 5.66 crore, while revenue from operations slipped 17.73% to Rs 110.24 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Construction Vehicles industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 36406.56 crore, tumbling by 39.81%. It has inched up 0.75% over last one week and crept higher by 2.18% in last one month while the market capitalization of Indo Farm Equipment Ltd has eased by 1.33% and 7.59% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Indo Farm Equipment Ltd stood at Rs 7.84 crore in Q2 FY26, gaining 4.26% year-on-year, and plunging by 36.57% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 13 crore, rallying 17.43% YoY and nosediving by 23.15% sequentially. Total expenses fell by 16.15% to Rs 99.4 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 64.04 crore, slumping by 20.64% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 14.92 crore, registering a marginal contraction of 5.69% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations tick up 3.19% to Rs 387.19 crore, while net profit saw a strong growth of 51.06% to Rs 23.55 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 6057% to Rs 55.65 crore, and PBT saw a minor gain of 9.54% to Rs 26.17 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 53.0 crore in FY26, as against Rs 40.58 crore in FY25. Indo Farm Equipment Ltd nosedived by 21.84% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 2.63% during the same period.
