India's July oilmeal exports slump

The Solvent Extractors’ Association of India has published provisional export data for oilmeals for July 2026, indicating 148,609 tons were exported, a decline from 422,388 tons in July 2025, representing a 65% reduction. Aggregate oilmeal exports for the initial four months of financial year 2026-27 (April-July) 2026 reached 1,105,833 tons, in contrast to 1,516,981 tons during the corresponding period of the prior year, a decrease of 27%.
