ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd share price softened by 0.22% to Rs 461.0. The Company's net profit surged by 61.15% to Rs 623.91 crore, while revenue from operations gained significantly 62.42% to Rs 19180.08 crore in Q1FY26 over Q4FY25.

It has slipped by 1.94% over last one week and eased lower by 6.15% in last one month while the market capitalization of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd has eased by 6.87% and 5.53% in the same period respectively.

Profit before tax (PBT) of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd stood at Rs 281.34 crore in Q1 FY26, nosediving by 52.96% year-on-year, and plunging by 43.52% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 1790 crore, tanking 871.32% YoY and tumbling by 281.89% sequentially.

Total expenses slumped by 82.17% to Rs 3939.68 crore in Q1FY26 over Q1FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 470.24 crore, ticking higher by 3.20% YoY.

For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations inched higher 8.63% to Rs 51335.63 crore, while net profit soared by 35.63% to Rs 1607.89 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 43645% to Rs 1197.68 crore, and PBT dipped slightly 1.45% to Rs 1558.9 crore compared to previous TTM.

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd nosedived by 22.33% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 8.95% during the same period.
