The issue was subscribed 0.24 times. The issue opened for bidding on Monday, 17 August 2026 and it will close on Wednesday, 19 August 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 57 per share to 60 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 250 equity shares and in multiples thereof. The REIT IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 2,600 crore , aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 2,600 crore.
