The initial public offer of Glass Wall Systems (India) Ltd IPO received bids for 4,10,57,072 units as against 1,64,57,298 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 16:48 IST on Tuesday (8 September 2026). The issue was subscribed 2.49 times.

The issue opened for bidding on Tuesday, 8 September 2026 and it will close on Thursday, 10 September 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 172 per share to 182 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 82 equity shares and in multiples thereof.

The REIT IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 60 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 367 crore, aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 427 crore.
