The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 152 per share to 160 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 93 equity shares and in multiples thereof. The REIT IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 450 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 100 crore, aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 550 crore.
