The income from operation of Fedbank Financial Services increased 28% to Rs 523.22 crore in Q4FY2025. Overall OPM eased to 66.1% in Q4FY2025 from 66.5% in Q4FY2024, leading to 28% rise in operating profit to Rs 346.05 crore.
Other income declined 29% to Rs 14.25 crore. Interest cost increased 25% to Rs 215.87 crore. Depreciation moved up 40% to Rs 13.25 crore. The provisions of the company jumped 83% to Rs 32.53 crore, leading to 9% rise in the PBT to Rs 98.65 crore.

The effective tax rate rose to 27.4% in Q4FY2025 compared to 25.5% in Q4FY2024. Provision for tax was expense of Rs 27.0 crore, compared to Rs 23.19 crore. Profit after tax increased 6% to Rs 71.65 crore.

Business highlights

AUM of the company hasincreased 30% to Rs 15812 crore end March 2025.

Disbursements increased 29% toRs 5578 crore.

The company has network of 694 branches manned by 4568 employees end March 2025.

Spreads improved on sequential basis to 8.2% in Q4FY2025 from 8.1% in Q3FY2025.

Branch count increased to 694, spread across 18 states and union territories.

Gross Stage III increased from 1.8% in Q3FY25 to 2.0% in Q4FY25, the Net Stage III came in at 1.2%.

Credit cost for Q4 FY25 came in at 1%.

Financial Performance FY2025

The income from operation of Fedbank Financial Services increased 29% to Rs 2035.79 crore in FY2025. Overall OPM improved to 67.7% in FY2025 from 67.5% in FY2024, leading to 29% rise in operating profit to Rs 1378.71 crore. Other income declined 4% to Rs 44.03 crore. Interest cost increased 26% to Rs 853.78 crore. Depreciation moved up 31% to Rs 48.85 crore. However, the provisions zoomed 229% to Rs 216.35 crore leading to 7% decline in the PBT to Rs 303.75 crore.

The effective tax rate rose slightly to 25.9% in FY2025 compared to 25.4% in FY2024. Provision for tax was expense of Rs 78.57 crore, compared to Rs 83.38 crore. Profit after tax fell 8% to Rs 225.18 crore.
