The initial public offer of ESDS Software Solution Ltd IPO received bids for 22,65,24,966 units as against 1,23,52,942 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 19:51 IST on Monday (31 August 2026). The issue was subscribed 18.34 times.

The issue opened for bidding on Friday, 28 August 2026 and it will close on Tuesday, 1 September 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 408 per share to 429 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 34 equity shares and in multiples thereof.

The REIT IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 720 crore , aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 720 crore.
