Aarti Drugs Limited announced leadership changes effective October 1, 2026, with Shri Rashesh C. Gogri being elevated to Chairman in addition to his role as Managing Director, and Shri Adhish P. Patil appointed as Managing Director, subject to shareholder approval. Current Chairman, Managing Director and CEO Shri Prakash M. Patil will step down from his executive responsibilities at the close of business hours on September 30, 2026, and will continue to provide guidance and support during the transition. The changes, recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, are aimed at strengthening governance and ensuring long-term strategic growth for the Mumbai-based API pharmaceutical company, which is part of the $6 billion Aarti Group of Industries.
