Avasara Finance Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 23/10/2025 inter alia to consider and approve the issue of equity shares to the existing equity shareholders of the company on Right basis subject to such regulatory/statutory approvals as may be required. Further in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Companys Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading the Trading Window for trading in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives from October 16 2025 till the completion of 48 hours of the conclusion of board meeting scheduled to be held on October 23 2025.
