JSW Cement board approves to provide corporate guarantee on behalf of subsidiary

The board of JSW Cement at its meeting held on 27 October 2026 has approved to provide corporate guarantee up to Rs 60 crore in favor of IndusInd Bank for sanction of credit facilities not exceeding Rs 60 crore to its wholly owned subsidiary (WOS), JSW Green Cement . This said credit facility will be utilized for capital expenditure and working capital requirements, in accordance with the growth plan proposed by the WOS.
