(IST) through Video Conferencing ( VC ) / Other Audio-Visual Means( OAVM ). The AGM Notice has already been dispatched to all the Shareholders of the Company in compliance with applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended.
