Trident Lifeline has made further Investment by acquiring an additional equity stake of 9.04% of Trident Mediquip (TML) (CIN: U33309GJ2019PLC110421), a subsidiary company from existing shareholders of the Company. Pursuant to the above, the shareholding of the company in Trident Mediquip has increased from 51% to 60.04%.
