Initial public offering of upto 8,090,909 equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of Vishal Nirmiti Limited ("Company" or "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 220 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 210 per equity share) ("Offer Price") aggregating upto Rs. 178 Crores (the "Offer") comprising a fresh offer of up to 6,590,909 equity shares of face value Rs.10 each aggregating up to Rs. 145.00 Crores by the company ("Fresh Offer") and an offer for sale of up to 15,00,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each aggregating up to Rs. 33 Crores ("Offered Shares") by Vaman Prestressing Company Private Limited ("Promoter Selling Shareholder") and such offer for sale, together with the fresh offer, the "Offer".
