Travel Food Services Ltd
Initial public offer of up to [*] equity shares bearing face value Re.1 each ("Equity Shares") of travel food services limited ("The Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs.[*] per equity share (Including a Premium of Rs.[*] per Equity Share) ("Offer Price") aggregating up to Rs.2000.00 crores through an offer for sale ("The Offer") of up to [*] equity shares bearing face value of Re.1 each aggregating up to Rs. 2000.00 crores by the kapur family trust ("Promoter Selling Shareholder") (The "Offered Shares").
