Initial public offering of up to 21,666,667 equity shares of face value of Rs. 4 each ("Equity Shares") of Tempsens Instruments (India) Limited (the "Company" or the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 300 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 296 per equity share) (the "Offer Price") aggregating up to Rs. 650 Crores (the "Offer") comprising a fresh issue of up to 3,166,667 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 95.00 Crores by the company (the "Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of up to 18,500,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 4 each aggregating up to Rs. 555 Crores. The offer includes a reservation of up to 50,000 equity shares, aggregating up to Rs. 1.5 Crores (constituting up to [*]% of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital).
