Public issue of 36,60,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 2 each ("Equity Shares") of the company for cash at a price of Rs. 46/- per equity share (including a securities premium of Rs. 44 per equity share) (the "issue price"), aggregating to Rs. 16.84 crores ("issue") of the issue, 186,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs.0.86 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("market maker reservation portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 34,74,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2 each at an issue price of Rs. 46/- per equity share aggregating to Rs. 15.98 crores is hereinafter referred to as the "net issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 29.43 % and 27.94%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. Issue Price : Rs.46/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 2 Each. The issue price is 23 times the face value of the equity shares the price to earning ration based on diluted EPS for fiscal 2024-25 at the issue price is 15.59 times.
