Initial public issue of 69,64,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each ("equity shares") of the company for cash at a price of Rs. 123/- per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 113/- per equity share) ("issue price") aggregating up to Rs. 85.66 crores ("the issue"). The issue comprises a fresh issue of 69,64,000 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 85.66 crores ("fresh issue"). This issue includes a reservation of 3,50,000 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 4.31 crores (constituting 1.50% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company) for subscription by market maker ("market maker reservation portion").
