Public issue of 40,70,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Sabar Flex India Limited ("SFIL" or the "Company") for cash at a price of Rs. 11 per share (the "Issue Price"), aggregating to Rs. 4.48 crores ("The Issue"), of which 2,10,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion").
