Initial public issue of 38,46,000* equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each (the "Equity Shares") of Pooja Logistics Limited ("The Company" or "the Issuer") for cash at a price of 115 per equity share (Including a Share Premium of Rs. 105 Per Equity Share) ("Issue Price") aggregating to 44.23 Crore, ("Issue"). This issue includes a reservation of 1,98,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 2.28 Crores* for subscription by market makers ("Market Makers Reservation Portion") and a reservation of 72,000* equity shares (constituting [*]% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company) aggregating to Rs. 0.83 Crores* for subscription by eligible employees (as defined hereinafter) (the "Employee Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market makers reservation portion and employee reservation portion i.e. Issue of 35,76,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each, at an issue price of Rs. 115 per equity share for cash, aggregating Rs. 41.12 Crores is herein after referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and thenet issue shall constitute 26.93% and 25.04%, respectively, of the post-issuepaid-up equity share capital of the company, respectively. Price Band: Rs. 115/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each. The floor price is 11.5 times of the face value of the equity shares.
