Public Issue of up to 64,40,000 equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of the company at a price of Rs. 119-127 per equity share ("Offer Price") (Including a Share Premium of Rs. 109-117 Per equity Share) for cash, aggregating up to Rs. 76.64-81.79 Crore ("Public Offer"), out of which 3,23,000 equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each, at an offer price of Rs. 119-127 per equity share (Including a Share Premium of Rs. 109-117 Per equity Share) for cash, aggregating to Rs. 3.84-4.10 Crore Will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the offer ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 61,17,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each, at an issue price of Rs. 119-127 per equity share for cash, aggregating up to Rs.72.79-77.69 Crore is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the issue will constitute 35.00% and 33.25% respectively of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company. Price Band: Rs. 119/- to Rs. 127/- per equity share of face value Rs. 10/- each. The floor price is 11.90 times the face value and cap price is 12.70 times the face value of the equity shares. Bids can be made for a minimum of 2,000 equity shares and in multiples of 1,000 equity shares thereafter.
