The offer shall constitute 18.87% of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company. The offer includes a reservation of up to [*] equity shares of face value of Rs.2/- each, aggregating up to Rs. 3.5 crores (Constituting up to [*]% of the post-offer paid-up Equity Share Capital), for subscription by eligible employees ("Employee Reservation Portion").
