Initial public offer of up to 14,46,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each (the "Equity Shares") of Nanta Tech Limited ("the company" or " Nanta" or "the issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 209-Rs. 220 per equity share including a share premium of Rs.199-Rs. 210 per equity share (the "issue price") aggregating to Rs. 30.22-Rs. 31.81 crores ("the issue"), of which up to [*] equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs.
