Initial public offer of 12,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Integrity Infrabuild Developers Limited ("IIDL" or the "Company") for cash at a price of Rs. 100/- per share (the "Issue Price"), aggregating to Rs. 12.00 crores ("The Issue"), of which 67,200 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue, aggregating to Rs. 0.67 crores (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion").
