Initial public offer of up to 45,97,200* equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of HP Adhesives Limited ("Company") for cash at a price of Rs. 274/- per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 264/- per equity share) ("Offer Price") aggregating up to Rs. 125.96 crore comprising a fresh issuance of up to 41,40,000 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 113.44 crores by the company ("Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of up to 4,57,200 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 12.53 crores by Anjana Haresh Motwani ("Selling Shareholder") and such equity shares offered by the selling shareholder, the "Offered Shares") (such offer by the selling shareholder, the "Offer for Sale" and together with the fresh issue, the "Offer").
