Initial public issue of up to 51,60,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each of Fly-Hi Maritime Travels Limited for cash at an issue price of Rs. 102/- per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 97/- per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating up to Rs. 52.63 Crores comprising of fresh issue of up to 41,60,400 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 42.44 Crores ("Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of up to 9,99,600 equity shares by Jitendra Kumar Negi ("Selling Shareholder") aggregating to Rs. 10.19 Crores ("Offer For Sale") ("The Issue") and up to 2,64,000 equity shares at an issue price of Rs. 102 per share aggregating to Rs. 2.69 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of up to 48,96,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each at an issue price of Rs. 102 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 49.94 Crores ("Net Issue"). The issue and the net issue will constitute 36.39% and 34.53% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity shares is Rs. 5/- each.
