Initial public offering of up to 58,94,400 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") for cash at a price of Rs. 88-93 per equity share (Including a Premium of Rs. 83 Per Equity Share) ("Issue Price") aggregating to Rs. 54.82 Crores ("the Issue").
