Initial public issue of 50,00,000* equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Ashwini Container Movers Limited ("Company") for cash at a price of Rs. 142/- per equity share (Including a Share Premium of Rs. 132/- per Equity Share) ("Issue Price") aggregating up to Rs. 71/- crores of which up to 2,50,000* equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 142/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 132/- per equity share aggregating to Rs. 3.55 will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion").
