Initial public issue of 12,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10 each ("equity shares") of Inflame Appliances Limited ("the company" the "issuer") fthe cash at a price of Rs. 54.00 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 44.00 per equity share) ("issue price") aggregating to Rs. 6.48 Crores ("issue") of which 64,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10.00 each fthe a cash price of Rs. 54.00 per equity share, aggregating to Rs. 0.35 Crores will be reserved fthe subscription by market maker ("market maker reservation pthetion").
